Construction Assistant (m/f/d)
Do you enjoy getting your hands dirty and want to be part of building modern solar power systems? As a construction assistant, you’ll support our installation team on rooftops and open sites—from site preparation and material transport to sub-structure installation. Manual dexterity and reliability are all you need to get started; we’ll teach you everything else.
Electrician (m/f/d)
As an electrician, you’ll connect our PV systems to the grid: You’ll install DC and AC wiring, set up inverters and meter cabinets, handle the connection and commissioning, and document everything in accordance with industry standards. If you’ve completed your apprenticeship in the electrical trade and are looking for clean, future-proof work, you’ve come to the right place.
Carpenter (m/f/d)
As a carpenter, you’ll lay the structural foundation for every installation: You’ll assemble substructures and mounting systems on a wide variety of roofs, work safely at heights, and ensure that everything is structurally sound. Experience in roofing or wood construction is ideal—and you’ll bring precision and a team-oriented attitude to the job.
Solar Panel Installer (m/f/d)
As a PV installer, you’ll bring solar power to rooftops and open spaces: You’ll install arrays of modules, wire strings, align mounting structures, and get the system up and running. Technical knowledge, a comfort with working at heights, and meticulous craftsmanship are your tools of the trade—prior experience in PV installation is a plus, but not required.
